Playing Field Refurbishment Update

We are pleased to say that the improvements to the playground are sufficiently complete to allow it to be used.

There are a few bits to tidy up but please make good use of the new equipment. Remember the usual T&C's. The fenced area requires parental supervision. A formal notice will be installed shortly.

You will see that we need to keep the grass well maintained We thank the folk who have previously done this and understand why they cannot continue.

Thanks to Mick for a sterling job over the years and thanks to Jodie for stepping in.

We now need a group of volunteers, the more the better for everyone. We probably need 20 cuts a year so five volunteers means giving a couple of hours just 4 times a year.

Is it too much to ask for the children of the village?
